It is not too often that a hardware company releases such a productive and effective peripheral for a console so early on in its life.  This is the case though with Nyko and the Dual Charger AC as they have managed to put together and release a fantastic accessory for the next-generation console which will do a lot of benefit to your PlayStation 3 as well as your other accessories.

The Dual Charger AC is an accessory for the PlayStation 3 which basically acts as a wall outlet power source to charge your controllers.  It’s is a little black box you plug into the wall.  Once you have it plugged in you will see two holes on the back of it where the included USB cables go.  The package comes with two USB cables for charging.  All you have to do now is to hook the USB cables from the power outlet to your PS3 controller and you are good to go. 

This is great because it is a quick and easy way to charge your PlayStation 3 controllers.  One of the biggest benefits I found was that you are now able to charge the controllers without having to leave your console on.  Also, the Dual Charger AC charges them much faster than the PlayStation 3 does so you end up with less time having to charge them up before you can jump back into wireless gaming.

The Dual Charger AC also doubles as a charger for any other device which draws power via a USB cable.  Thsi means that any MP3 player, digital camera, etc.  Pretty much absolutely anything which can be charged via a USB cable can be charged with this device.  All you have to do is use the respective cables and hook up the electronic device.
