PS3 video cuts out
 

Sadly I am still using a tube TV and therefore the audio/video cables for my ps3. During some games, mainly MOW2 and blu rays as well, the video will cut out and give me static for a brief moment. Im only having the problem with the ps3, not my x360 or n64 (yes I still play it). I have them all hooked up to a router and the router to a audio/video to RF converter. Only just started having the problem too. I have had the ps3 for about 6 months.

any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with your PS3, you might need to call Sony, but if it's only been 6 months, it should still be in warranty.

If any buddies have a ps3, see if their cables are giving you the same problem.
Also maybe try hooking the ps3 up directly to that rf converter if possible to see if you can isolate any devices it may not like.

You can also try forcing all games to run in 480p and 480i in the settings menu
