Naughty dog has it's day
Eurogamer gives it a 10/10!!! Now that is an accomplishment.

m0tl3sl4y3r 29-09-2009 02:38 PM

that is a pretty good acomplishment

bharat4ever 29-09-2009 02:49 PM

Oh boy metacritic score of 97

eurogamer - 100
gamesradar - 100
CVG - 100
IGN - 95

xbox just had a heart attack....

m0tl3sl4y3r 29-09-2009 02:55 PM

XBOX having a heart attack, thats pretty funny, for people with PS3's anyways

I think IGN's only complaint for the entire review was that the stealth moments were flawed...they said everything else is amazing. Was it really that flawed to knock it down to 95?

Riarwe 29-09-2009 03:04 PM

Damn, I need the singleplayer experience now! :P

You make it seem like 9.5 is a bad score :P Think about it this way - a 10/10 is perfection, it has flaws, so 9.5 sounds good to me.

Dustin S. 29-09-2009 03:59 PM

Yeah but im comparing it to other 9.5 games which had more than one level with a flaw in it. I think they gave Resistance 2 a 9.3 and they had a couple complaints about it, not saying R2 isnt the greatest game on PS3, but i think if you can only nitpick a single thing in the entire game it deserves at least a 9.7. I mean isnt Halo a 9.5?

IGN is known for not giving perfect scores so im fine with it not being perfect. At least as a reviewer thats how I see it, not bashing IGN i love IGN their review was great, was just saying maybe they should revise just this one time lol. Im not a fan of perfect scores though, ill take 9.5 anyday.

bharat4ever 29-09-2009 10:57 PM

Metacritic score at 98
One of the reviews I trust, 1up - A+

Now apart from being a ps3 great, isn't this something like a new invention. Something like when CDs took over from floppys. Maybe I am exaggerating, but something which the whole world of gaming says is perfect, has to be special. Something which could change the way the world looks at games? I am proud of ND, and all the developers for what they have achieved.

because xbox just had a heart attack :D :D :D

trediddy 30-09-2009 12:11 AM

i wish it had a little bit of singleplayer in the demo

bharat4ever 01-10-2009 12:00 AM

adam sessler(g4tv), Uncharted 2 is awesome!

Nick 01-10-2009 12:43 AM

It will be really interesting to see how this all plays into the sales. The first Uncharted game only did alright, something like 150K copies it's first month, and that was the same month the 40GB PS3 was introduced at $399.

But with all the hype and all the attention this is getting, hopefully some good word of mouth can help this game push 500K in it's opener, which would be amazing.

SaintAvi 01-10-2009 01:35 AM

If sony give it some marketing all should be well.

The game will pretty much sell itself once people see it.

Dustin S. 01-10-2009 01:40 AM

I started to think this is all fake in order to help sony fiend off COD MW2 lol....I dont know why.

glen421 01-10-2009 01:17 PM

Adam Sessler from G4 gave it: "It's the best single player experience I have ever had." He even did a "Sessler's Soapbox" video (It's Adam's weekly justification video, like a confession) to back his claim up. So I would say this UC II should do pretty good on it's own. I do believe Sony should do some marketing on this and if they do it, sells will be through the roof. Can't wait to play...

Dustin S. 01-10-2009 02:33 PM

They keep saying single player but just with the demo the multiplayer is brilliant too.
