PS3 Cloud Saving Inbound

Rumored last year, transferring game saves to a cloud system will be
implemented in firmware 3.6

Downside is that this will be a feature for plus members only, and developers
will be able to disable the functionality should they so choose

This is the first step in the reasons why i hate Plus.

I still see plus as being pretty worthless with its current feature set and Im sure Im
not alone in that, its lame that this is for plus members only but it's a step in adding
value to an otherwise sparse program

It's quite worth getting if you don't have the PSN games that they are offering. I bought a year's subscription in the second month, because the offer was too good to pass up. I mean I got free copy of Ratchet & Clank QFB, plus episodes 1-5 of Sam and Max, and Kula World (one of my favourite PS1 games). It works out that this one month paid for my entire subscription, so I everything after that is free really.

If you don't play PSN games for too long, then this is a well worth it service (seriously). Because you'll get to play at least 12 different PSN games, in the year, as well as getting better access to betas.
