'Account Management' not opening for me .. !
 
Hey guys ... I wanted to ask you you PS3 owners out there ... have you tried to access the 'Account Management' area after signing into PSN ??

I have been trying to get into the 'Account Management' area for about 6-7 days now, and everytime it says that its down for maintenance ...

Is this happening for you guys as well ??

I know that the Official US PlayStation blog recently mentioned a PSN server downtime, but then they also mentioned an update that everything is now back online:

Everything else is working for me .. I can sign-in, play games online, open up PS Store ... just the Account Management is not working ..

I tried just this on three PSN accounts of mine .. 2 US based, and one Japan based .. I even created a new user account in my PS3, and tried to Sign up for PlayStation Network through this new user account ... still I get the same Maintenance message :( ..

btw, this is the PSN Server down message which I see when I try to go into Account Management:

looks like Sony may be doing some maintenance on their servers. If its not resolved during the day today then you may have a problem.

Sony updated the Account Management in FW 2.5. Maybe it didn't update right in your region... Have you tried calling Sony?
