New Google Chrome

What do you guys think of the new google Chrome Browser?

If you wanna try it out its a free download on google at http://google.com/chrome

Its suppose to have a better memories management system then Firefox which is pretty impressive.

It seems to be loading things very nicely. I think i will test it out for a little more.

Let us know about what you think

They should've had developed it for Mac first lol .. now I gotta wait until its out!

I'm using it as we speak at the moment. It's pretty nice and zippy, but still very Beta. I'm sure it'll get better and better as time goes on. They're making it for Mac and Linux as well.

Yea I signed up to the mailing list for the Mac version .. cant wait to see em. Google is slowly taking over the world lol

I really liked the interface and its low memory consumption, but it has some problems with java applications. And I really like my firefox addons, so I think I'll stick with FF until Chrome gets fixed and some addons are released.

I agree with you on that. I am slowing starting to use Chrome but it is still in its Beta stages and i have come into more then one problem (especially when editing some settings in my home router).

I will keep my eye on this though

I got my hands on it, and I can tell why it is a beta haha. Still good none-the-less.

It's pretty good for a first release of a browser, but for now, I'm content with Firefox 3 (you gotta love the addons).

I pretty much won't use this anymore because they will take info from you even if you say no and they say it's their property for 9 months or some crap like that. So I'm not bothering with it...

Google already run enough of my life, I'd rather they didn't run the rest, soon I'll be wearing google underwear and brushing my teeth with google toothpaste.

Chrome is pretty cool, but I don't seem to use it very much.

Reno 13-11-2008 05:02 PM

Google Chrome will most likely stay in the beta stages their gmail has been in beta for 2 years i think now they add little things to it at a time but its still a beta and is sometimes slow to load even on high speed.

Kaiboy12 13-11-2008 06:15 PM

Yeah I agree that it is a little slow. I hope they fix it. I think Chrome looks pretty cool.
