I go for Ratchet and Clank, nothing beats that series and out of the two, Ratchet and Clank is the only series in my video game collection where I have finished every game, although I did finish the first Jak and Daxter game, the subsequent games although I own them were much harder, Jak II especially and didn't keep me interested in playing so they now sit unfinished awaiting the day my PS2 gets turned on again.
