Do you own a 360?

I have my buddy's Xbox 360, I wouldn't purchase one, even though there under 200$ right now, I wouldn't put money there. It really works fine, it's a good console and there are good games, considering that some games are on every consoles. It just doesn't beat the PS3, so I'm saving my money to get one.

What bugs me with the X box is first of all, the controller, why don't they put both joysticks at the same place, WTF! Then, there's the fact that when you buy an xbox, if you want to go live, you need either a serial cable, an a place to plug it near, or you run it through the wall which is a real b**ch, or you buy the wireless. Also, if you wanted to watch HDDVD, when they still existed, well you had to buy it on the side, and that's not all, xbox live isn't free. I know there's alot more people on Xbox live, but still, if I can get it free, I rather go for free. So all these extra expenses are simply annoying.

PS3 just kicks SOLID CONCRETE ASS

Yeah i don't have a xbox 360 my buddy has one had 2 hes on his 3rd i am just so happy i chose a ps3 even though i am like the only owner in this small town besides my friend who got one to.

I don't have one and I probably never will.

I have a 360 and a PS3. I've been lucky that mine hasn't RRODed on me. It's got some good games, but I don't play it nearly as much as I do my PS3. I haven't even turned it on in months, thought that's more due to time constraints than not wanting to play it.

I'll say this though, good god that thing is loud. Sounds like a god damn vacuum cleaner.

All of my friend's 360s have died, so I don't want to risk wasting my money.

i was actually in a debate with some fellow employees cause they all own a 360 and they were trying to shoot down the rrod and i asked if they ever fixed the RROD problem on the 360's and he said that they fixed it with a 3 year warranty that doesn't seem like a fix to me just a replacement lol and what happens when your 3 years is up hmm?

I thought the warranty was only one year.

Yeah, and overall I find its selection of games to be superior to that of the PS3, but Sony is slowly closing the gap.

Microsoft had to upgrade the warranty to 3 years because there were so many RROD's and its costed Microsoft last i heard over 1 billion to repair them all which the number will increase.

Really, I didn't know that. That's pretty interesting. I thought that they increased from 90 days to a year.

Microsoft was clever in lowering the price. Many people will buy the console having no clue about the RRoD. They have great games and a top notch online service but the 360 has to be one of the most poorly made electronics product ever.

I got rid of my 360 and bought a PS3. True Jaspers don't seem to be RRoDing but I don't want to play find the lot # and power voltage (to get a Jasper) I just want to game worry free. For that I switched to PS3.

thats why I didn't get one when they first came out, I was so afraid that if I got one, it would RROD on me to, so I just thought it was nowhere near worth it and I waited for a while ( a long while) , I got a job, and then 2 months ago I bought a PS3

Overall the wait was definitely worth it and I'm glad I waited for PS3 ( a lot of my friends with 360s have tried to convert me, but it's nowhere near worth it)

To be honest, i was thinking of getting a 360, then I decided on the ps3 (it was worth it)

yeah PS3 was worth it by far

I can afford it, but not yet, even though most of my friends own one can have been luring me to buy it.

The reason why I am not getting it yet is because of my study... There are just no time for two stationary consoles.

But if I get it, it'd be for the old Tales of Vesperia (I know PS3 is getting the remake too, but I want to play both versions)

You get fired from ps3center if you own a 360! JOKING lol. No i dont own one, my friend kees tempting me to own his old broken red light of death one, but its costs over 200 to get it fixed and what not and i rather just buy more parts for my car or buy more games for ps3, or both if h ave that money lol.

honestly, some of my buddies at work are implying that I should get one but I'm just gonna stick with my PS3 for now

I do not have a 360 nor do i ever want one. why would i want to waste my money on a system that will probably fail i do not know anyone of my friends that has not had their 360 RRoD and i do not know one of my friends with a PS3 that has had any problems with it
