PlayStation 3 3D Gaming Coming in 2010
Yes, Sony has dropped the news within a press release that an update to enable 3D gaming will be coming via a firmware update to all PlayStation 3 consoles sometime in 2010.
Personally I think most likely the technology will come out around Gran Turismo 5's worldwide release as Sony as been showing that game off using the PlayStation 3's 3D technology.

that would be sweet to have, can't wait to see how that will turn out
I think I will agree with u, Gran Turismo 5 will show that off probably thanks for the find, man I can't believe how great it is to be a PS3 owner due to all the stuff that keeps coming

its in march :) but people are saying you may need to purchase a sony 3d hdtv to use or sony created glassess :s if not that would be cool :D

well i have known about this since like march or so of this year and they said the whole time it shoudl comeout in 2010 and i played the new motorstorm in 3D earlier and it was pretty fun and i enjoyed it and think it will be alot more fun to play games in 3D.
It works like the new 3D moves do with the black lens glasses so if you can handle a movie you should be able to handle this
