Still don't think Plus is worth the price?

I know some of you on here don't think Plus is worth a damn thing, but Sony is about to drop a whole lotta love on Plus subscribers. Check it.

It's charging for what equates to free samples.

For the $50 plus costs yearly, I'd rather just hand pick the titles and dlc I'm personally
interested in and buying them as I please than only getting what someone else has
decided is part of my meal plan for the month.

The thing that stuck out to me, Black Light Tango Down is finally at a reasonable price. I just wonder if anyone is playing it online anymore.

As for PS Plus, Ive still yet to see anything making me want to spend 50 dollars on. A free demo, ill have the game in less than a month anyways...Hopefully they have a month pass if they decide the Resistance 3 beta is exclusive to Plus, cus thatd be very very tempting.

I heard Black Light Tango wasn't that good on the PS3...Again that's what I heard.

I think right off the bat I got $15 worth of DLC. Since then a couple of PS1 and PSN titles. For me I like the 1hr trial period of a game. To me Plus is worth it. I do wish though they (Sony) could throw in a couple of HD Movies (new releases) from time to time.

If they beat Amazon to streaming service i may pay for it. But Amazon is already releasing it to Prime members.

It's awesome imo. All you really need is one month where everything looks good to you, and it is worth getting a year subscription. For example if they had a really cool PSOne game (I'm talking FF, I know it will never happen), a really cool PSN game that most people won't have (e.g. Mushroom Wars, yes it's awesome), and some of the better minis e.g. Tehra Dark Warrior, that would be a good month.

Beta stuff is definitely good though, as long as it guarantees you access.

Your cash is your way of saying, yes or no in regards to whether or not you like
the direction Plus is going.

Subscribe to it with it's current meager offerings and I dont see them upping their
game anytime soon.

Nope, still not going to get me onboard, I'm more than willing to wait for the demos that get released early to Plus members and to date most of the stuff they have given away is either things I don't want or already own (so why pay out $50 of good money for things I already own/don't want).

Plus just to get a Plus subscription, I would need to buy $70 worth of PSN cards since the $49.99 price of a subscription carries tax up here in Canada, I refuse to put my credit card on my PSN account (for security reasons) and Sony has not released Plus subscription cards in Canada yet to my knowledge.

Here is another reason to sign up...You guys keep running out of excuses...Throw down Fifty and be done with it....

Online cloud storage is a great addition, worth $50? Debatable.

I'll probably renew my subscription when it finishes, because I think of it as a rental service. For example in the UK we have lovefilm, you pay ?15 a month and you can rent 2 games or movies at a time. They will send you the games, and you send them back in an envelope (similar to netflix). PS+ works out to be about to be less than ?4 a month and you get to play 4-6 games, plus exclusive demos, betas and now cloud storage for at least a month (e.g. your last month of the 12 month subscription).

Well worth it imo, but obviously I would like to have a choice of titles rather than being given certain games.

If it was by choice, id probably pay for it. However its not.

Cloud storage certainly makes it seem more appealing but even with cloud storage I still don't see enough in it to warrant shelling out for 3 $20 PSN cards, especially when I'm not exactly rolling in money at the moment. Unless Sony can come up with some uber reason why I should buy Plus, I won't be buying it and most of my friends list agrees with me there (only 2-3 people on my list have Plus).

that's the same with my friends list, only like 3 have it and it doesn't seem worth it yet
