Do you normally expect to see your legs in a first person shooter? I don't recall seeing my legs in any first person shooter to date.

Anyway, Bioshock is an amazing game. It is a great story driven game, much like the Half-Life series, and it has great level design and atmospheric stuff. I'm only part way through the game on PC, and I'm already afraid it will end too soon. That's the sign of a good game to me.

I have it running on an Intel 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo machine with 2 Gigs of ram and a 512 MB Nvidia 7600 GS video card. It's running flawlessly, with all video detail maxed out for a direct X9 capable card. My card's not Direct X10, but at this stage that adds very little to lighting or particle effects.

I would recommend that anyone who likes shooters give Bioshock a try.
