Blu-Ray Discussion

Just picked up the new Transformers on Blu-ray and I have to let you guys know that if you want to unleash the full potential of your PS3, you gotta get this movie!

On 1080p, the picture is crystal clear, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is amazing, I swear you can practically feel those freakin' robots.

Bonus features are good too. Michael Bay talks about how they took each Transformer from toy to movie star. Also you learn about the casting process and see behind the scenes footage of Megan Fox and Shia. Definitely the most worthy of all my Blu-ray titles in terms of sight and sound. Pick it up!

The movie was alright I thought. Not my favorite, but certainly not bad. I'm waiting for The Dark Knight to come to blue ray :)

After watching this movie on a 120herts tv, i gotta say that it looked like crap.

i will stick to my normal hd tv for now i think.

On great movie though that I suggest for everyone would be Iron Man. That movie is great, every time i watch it.

This does look awesome! May I also add that I can't wait for the Dark Knight to come out to Blu-Ray. I think the blu-ray potential is amazing with its capabilities.

I liked both Transformers and Iron Man. I've only watched the DVD versions though. I thought they were still amazing on DVD.

I watched Pirates of the Caribbean on Blu-Ray for the first time a few night ago and I have to say that it was one of the best looking Blu-Ray movies i've seen yet. Or maybe it's because I haven't watched anything Blu-Ray in a while. Either way it was just so beautiful!!

Was it the newest one? Because I've been contemplating on purchasing that one.

i honestly don't have it in me to buy physical media anymore. i already have a huge dvd collection and at the rate new technology keeps coming out. i feel like it's all a waste of money. it will all move towards downloadable content anyway. you can already see the shift. i'm happy just renting blu rays from netflix
