Last night, Capcom confirmed Bionic Commando would be hitting Japan in June. Westerners can expect the game even earlier, as Capcom announced earlier today that the game will be out in the US on May 19 and Europe on May 22. Capcom has also released a new trailer of the game on their Japanese website. Check it out here(its the first video on the left).
Bionic Commando is a sequel to the 8-bit NES classic of the same name, developed by GRIN studios. The game features Spencer Rad, an augmented soldier with a bionic grappling hook arm. His arm allows him to traverse otherwise unreachable terrain, and also serves as a weapon of sorts. Locked up after saving the world from the Imperials, a new force threatens the city and Spencer is called upon to save the world again. Bionic Commando features a single player campaign, as well as a robust multiplayer mode as well.
