Ubisoft have confirmed that a patch is on the way to fix the freezing issues in the PS3 version of Assassins Creed.

The publisher’s UK community manager broke the news on the Ubisoft forums, saying:

"This update will help improve the stability of the game and will be released as soon as possible."
