Logitech has given gamers a reason to get rid of their PlayStation 3 SIXAXIS controllers if they do not want to use them thanks to this latest accessory.
The folks at Logitech have announced a brand new accessory which is sure to turn some serious heads with dedicated Sony fans currently enjoying their next-generation consoles. Logitech has announced the first dedicated wireless keyboard for the PS3.
The keyboard is known by name as the Cordless MediaBoard and is a full-out keyboard with a built-in touch pad which will allow you to navigate through menus as well as browse through the internet on your PS3 with great ease without having to use the controller which is not really the ideal situation for anyone to try and surf the internet on.
The wireless keyboard works from locations of up to 30 feet away from your console and also allows the use of RF technology. This is instead of the built-in Bluetooth which Sony chose to use with the PlayStation 3 for its controllers and other wireless accessories.
It also comes with a USB dongle which means that this keyboard will also likely work on a regular PC if you wanted to switch it out and give it an extra purpose.
Logitech continues to roll out some series PS3 accessories and the MediaBoard will release next month with a price tag of $79 which is very reasonable for such a quality wireless keyboard!
