According to reports, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will come in at a download size of 1.9GB when it is released on the PlayStation Network on March 27th. The game is an exclusive to the Sony PS3.
Sony has decided that they will leave all cinematics on the server until the gamer decides to download them from GT TV.
This allowed the size of the download to be kept just under 2GB.
When you finish an event, or want to download the opening intro scene, you will have the option to do so at that time.
The videos will come standard on the Blu-ray version of the game.
Both versions will retail for $39.99.
