Swedish retailer Webhallen.com lists a GTA IV 40 GB PS3 bundle. According to the retailer, the bundle should be available on GTA IV release day - "Releasedatum: 2008-04-29".

Although neither Sony or Rockstar have confirmed the existence of such a bundle, the shot looks quite "official".
