Not too long ago applications were being taken to try and get a chance to take part in the beta test for one of the most highly-anticipated games on the next-generation PS3 platform.

News broke that applications were being taken as reported right here at PCN and fans of the series flocked to the web site to try and get their chance to play the game earlier than everyone else.

Warhawk was originally set up to be a single-player and multiplayer next-gen effort when it was first showcased. Since then though the game has been switched over to be a full-out online multiplayer gem which should help showcase just how great the PlayStation Network can be.
