Call of Duty 4 To Run Perfect On PS3

A developer for Call of Duty 4 has stated that the PS3 version is going to apparently be the best possible version for the next-gen Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Many people have been in doubt in regards to triple-A titles such as the Call of Duty series after the troubles EA Sports has had with the Madden NFL 08 mishap with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.

For those who do not know the PS3 version of Madden NFL 2008 only ran at 30 fps while the Xbox 360 version ran at 60 fps. This allowed for a far superior version on the Xbox 360 even though the PS3 on paper is a better console with more raw power.

It has been confirmed that Call of Duty 4 on the PS3 will be running at 60 fps minimum.

The developers have "a massive understanding of how the PS3 hardware works."
